Tools to make your life easier.
What actually frees up my time so I can focus on the work that matters.
Welcome to another episode of The Honest Founder.
Every week, I share two types of articles:
Free article (Every Tuesday): Stories from my entrepreneurial journey, delivered straight to your inbox.
Paid article (Every Thursday): Deeper insights, practical frameworks and personal toolkits to help you grow as an entrepreneur.
Last week I wrote about the four pillars that change your life as a founder.
Today, I want to go deeper into automation and share the tools I personally rely on.
Automation is powerful because anything that repeats itself is quietly stealing hours from your week.
Or in other words: You get a piece of your life back.
For me, this isn’t optional.
I’m a solopreneur by design: no employees, no investors, no cofounders.
Just me and my laptop.
That means I have to invest in automation if I want the business to grow without sacrificing my life.
Here’s the tool stack that helps me win back time every single week:
Gamma
I used to waste hours building slides in PowerPoint.
Structuring them, making them look clean, fixing spacing total hassle.
Now I just use Gamma’s AI.
It structures the content for me, designs the slides, and gets everything to a “90% done” state in minutes.
Still not perfect, but it easily saves me the an insane amount of time it used to take to create a new deck.
Total game changer.
